If you like fishing you can try it on the sea or river that mouths to the lagoon but for that you need licences that can be bought online. We recommend visiting fish town Privlaka where you can buy fresh sea fish from the local fishermen.
If you like birds, you can watch them early in the morning or evening during spring or early summer and in the autumn when there are numerous migrations. Tourist board in cooperation with ornithologists volunteers organizes world day of counting birds. In the fields of salt professional guides will take you through the salt pans and introduce natural salt production and ornithology richness preserved by Nin’s Lagoon.
For active tourists there is organized horseback riding in the nature offered by Camp Zaton where you can also enjoy other sports: tennis, mini golf, scuba diving and other sea sports.
