Heading a team of 9 people, Human Resources occupy the first place! I'm pleased to propose the daily conception and implementation of tourism development policy in cooperation with the Agglomeration Community of Sarreguemines. Administratively, I develop an annual action plan and I manage the budget of the structure by proposing and following a draft budget and establishing the balance sheet at the year-end with the accountant. I'm also responsible for organising the general meetings and management boards of the association Sarreguemines Tourisme, which is composed of elected representatives, professionals and ""enthusiasts"".
